We want you to love your SENI jewelry. If for any reason you don’t, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple, while maintaining fair practices for our small but growing brand.

 

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

Unworn, sealed, undamaged jewelry in its original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

You may request:

1. Exchange for another item of equal or higher value

2. Refund (processed back to your original payment method)

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, seals and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom-made pieces or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, seals and in its original packaging, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not cover any fees associated with returning merchandise.

We do not issue refunds for shipping charges. This includes any fees paid for shipping or returning the item. Only the cost of the item is refunded.

All things must be in perfect condition, unworn, sealed and their original packaging. When we receive your return, our team will do a quality inspection, and if it is damaged or worn in any way, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Gifts or free promotional items included with your order must also be returned if you return the qualifying purchase. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its full value from your refund.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SOME TIPS

• We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
• Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
• We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
