As a consumer in Sweden/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) according to Distansavtalslagen, unless an exception applies.

Jewelry that has been worn, used, or damaged may not qualify for a full refund. Personalized or custom-made jewelry may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
