1. Shipping Providers
We ship all orders using reliable carriers:
•Postnord
•Fedex
Each order is shipped with the carrier best suited for your delivery location and package size.
2. Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
• During sales periods, holidays, or high order volume, processing time may be slightly longer.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the chosen carrier:
Sweden
• Standard delivery: 1–3 business days
• Express delivery (if available): 1 business days
EU Countries
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
International deliveries
If you ship internationally, add:
• Worldwide shipping: 5–15 business days

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on:

• Package weight
• Order value
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above certain order thresholds.
• Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK within Sweden.
• Free shipping on orders over 50 € internationally.
5. Order Tracking

• Carrier information
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned to us due to:

• Missing information
• Failure to pick up the package
…you may be responsible for additional shipping fees for resending the order.
Unclaimed packages are not considered valid returns.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

2. Include your order number and tracking number
3. Provide photos if the package or items are damaged
We will assist you with a replacement or claim with the carrier.
8. International Shipping, Customs & Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Delays caused by customs inspections are outside our control.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
• Carriers
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Force majeure events
